At Sports Research International, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1 business day and dispatched from our Pittsburgh, USA warehouse. 

  • Orders placed Monday to Friday before Midnight EDT (7pm AEST / 4:00am UCT) will be processed the next business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

We'll send you a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Shipping rates are based on the products in your order. Powdered supplements ship by weight and may follow different thresholds. All final shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Customs & Import Fees

International shipping covers delivery only. Import duties, taxes, and fees are the customer’s responsibility. For Canada, UK, Italy, Germany, Spain, France, and Mexico, these fees are added at checkout for your convenience and faster customs clearance. For all other countries, you may need to pay customs directly before your order is released.


Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear, especially for weekend orders. You can also check your order status anytime using this Track Your Order page.



Order Changes & Cancellations

There’s only a short window to update or cancel your order before it ships. Please Contact Us immediately at sales@sportsresearch.com.au. We’ll do our best to assist, but once a shipping confirmation has been sent, changes are no longer possible.



Shipping to Hotels or Temporary Addresses

We strongly recommend not shipping to hotels, vacation rentals, or other temporary addresses, as we cannot guarantee delivery timeframes to these locations. Delays, early arrivals, or missed deliveries may result in lost or unclaimed packages.

Refunds are only issued if the package is successfully returned to our warehouse (minus shipping costs). Customers are responsible for coordinating the return to sender process if a package cannot be delivered.


Product Limits for Australia

In accordance with TGA regulations, you may import a maximum of three (3) bottles of the same supplement — equivalent to a three-month supply. Orders exceeding this limit will be automatically adjusted, and any excess items will be refunded.



Paid Shipping Refunds

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the issue is confirmed to be an error on our part. Please note that courier delays, public holidays, or weather disruptions are beyond our control. For more information, refer to our Returns & Refund policy.
