Returns & Refunds Policy

At Sports Research International, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right with your order, or if you’re not completely satisfied with your first purchase, simply contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of delivery to request a return or refund under our 100% Money-Back Guarantee

Returns

  • To request a return, contact our Customer Service team at sales@sportsresearch.com.au with your order details and reason for return.

  • Once approved, our team will provide detailed return instructions. All returns must be approved before being sent back.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery, and products must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • Items returned in unsuitable condition or outside our Satisfaction Guarantee may not qualify for a refund.

  • Please ensure your return is securely packed and sent via a trackable shipping service.

  • Sports Research International cannot refund items that do not reach our warehouse.



Replacements

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our Customer Service team at sales@sportsresearch.com.au within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please include your full name, order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the item, packaging, and LOT number (if applicable).

  • Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund, and in some cases, provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

  • Please keep the original packaging, as we may not be able to honour your claim if it has been thrown away. This helps us verify the issue and speeds up the investigation process.



Refunds

  • Returns are processed within 24–48 hours after they are delivered to our warehouse.

  • Refund eligibility is determined in accordance with our Satisfaction Guarantee Policy.

  • Refunds are issued for the item’s original purchase price only. Shipping costs for successfully delivered orders are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are only issued once items are successfully received by Sports Research International. Returns lost in transit are not eligible for a refund unless they arrive at our warehouse.

  • If we issue a return label, a fee starting from $5.50 will be deducted from your refund. Return labels are free of charge for defective or damaged items.

  • Refunds are always processed to your original payment method and may take 7–10 business days to appear in your account.

  • Depending on your chosen shipping method, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to reach us.

  • Once your refund has been processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation.



Exclusions

This policy applies only to items purchased directly from sportsresearch.store. We cannot process refunds or replacements for products bought through third-party retailers such as Amazon or other marketplaces. Please contact the seller directly.

Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for a return or refund.
