We are proud to offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee on all first-time orders. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact our Customer Service team at sales@sportsresearch.com.au, and we’ll guide you through the return process.
How the Guarantee Works

The guarantee applies once per product for first-time purchases.

If multiple supplements were purchased, you may keep the first bottle on us and return any additional bottles for a refund.

Sweet Sweat products, exercise equipment, and accessories may be returned for a refund or exchange.

Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and shipped back to our Australian warehouse at your expense with a valid tracking number.

Refunds are processed once the return is received; please allow up to 10 business days for funds to appear in your account.

We reserve the right to deny a return if we believe the guarantee is being misused.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a purchase, you are welcome to return the product within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. To start the process, please contact our Customer Service team at sales@sportsresearch.com.au, and we will guide you through the process. All returns must follow the same steps and conditions outlined in the Satisfaction Guarantee above.
Please note: Sweet Sweat Trimmers may be opened and tried on for size, but they must not be used in order to qualify for a return.
Defective Goods
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrectly, please contact our Customer Service team within 30 days at sales@sportsresearch.com.au. To help us process your claim quickly, include a photo of the affected product, the LOT number (if a supplement), and your Order #. Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will be happy to arrange a refund or replacement, and if necessary, provide a free return shipping label for your items.
