Most of our supplements are designed to be stable at room temperature, so our general recommendation is to store them in a cool, dry place, away from excessive heat, humidity, light, or freezing temperatures. For specific storage directions, please refer to the product label.
Yes! We have a rigorous Quality Control team that assures all our products are third-party tested for a range of Microbials, Potency, Heavy Metals, Contaminants, and many other analytes in compliance with US regulations.
All of our products are manufactured in cGMP-controlled and certified facilities. We subscribe to many different certifying agencies. Ranging from NSF Gluten Free, Informed Sport and Choice, USDA Organic, MSC, FOS, IFOS, Vegan Action Certified, American Vegetarian Association, Non-GMO Project Verified, Paleo Foundation, and IGEN GMO Testing and KETO certified. While no single product holds all of these, our bottles clearly display the applicable certifications on their packaging for easy reference.
Bovine (cow-derived).
The collagen is hydrolyzed bovine collagen Type I & III, sourced from grass-fed Brazilian pasture-raised cows.
Our collagen products are not halal-certified or verified.
Sports Research Wild Alaska Fish Oil is made exclusively from wild-caught fish, not farmed. Wild Alaska Pollock is sourced from the pristine Bering Sea, a sustainably managed, MSC-certified fishery.
The product is manufactured and quality tested in the USA.
Yes, NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine) supplements naturally have a strong, sulfur-like smell due to their sulfur compounds. This is normal and does not indicate a problem with the product.
While our Sweet Sweat Gel and Waist Trimmer are effective as individual products, many of our customers prefer to use them together for optimal results.
Shipping
Our standard shipping is a $9.80 Flat Rate, but shipping is free on orders exceeding $55. (excluding our powdered supplements).
If your order contains powdered supplements (like Collagen), these will not apply for the free shipping over $55 due to weight restrictions. Instead, you will need to spend $80 to get free shipping on your order.
The expected time to process and ship out orders is 1 business day, with an estimated delivery of 6 to 10 business days after processing (depending on your country).
We currently do not offer express shipping services.
Yes, you will receive both a confirmation email once your order has been placed as well as a tracking confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Once you receive your tracking number, you can enter it into our Track My Order page to locate your parcel.
If your package is denied by customs and returned to our warehouse, we’ll issue you a full refund (minus shipping costs). However, if customs destroy your package due to non-compliance with our Shipping Policy or local regulations, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Returns & Order Issues
If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of your delivery. For further details, please refer to our full Returns Policy.
Orders can be cancelled or modified up until the order has been fulfilled. Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, we can no longer make changes.
Yes, as long as your purchase meets our Satisfaction Guarantee Policy and your product was ordered from SportsResearch.store.
Refunds, if applicable, will be issued in the amount equaling the item’s original purchase price minus the original shipping cost. If we provide you with a return label, a deduction from $5.50 will be applied to your refund. Your refund will be processed via your original payment method.

Yes. ZipPay is available at checkout and lets you pay in flexible installments, with repayment options weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.
If something does not seem right, please get in contact with our customer service team who will help look into the matter. If there is an error on our part, we are happy to offer a refund. However, once a dispute has been lodged with your bank we can no longer make any refunds until the dispute is dropped, which could take several weeks.
