Sports Research Australia has rebranded to Sports Research International, reflecting our mission to support wellness and performance on a truly global scale.

This transition opens the door for customers in more than 100 countries to access our trusted range of supplements and performance equipment. You may have also noticed our website has transitioned from sportsresearch.com.au to sportsresearch.store, creating a seamless experience wherever you shop.

The biggest update is our shift to USD pricing across the website, ensuring consistency with our USA store and simplifying the shopping experience for our global community. This also means you’ll now enjoy the same great prices as Sports Research USA.

What’s Changed

As we grow globally, here are a few key updates now in effect:

  • Global Rebranding: Our site is now called Sports Research International (sportsresearch.store). Same trusted experience, now with a global home.

  • Lower Prices: With GST no longer applying, you’ll pay less on every order.

  • Better Payment Options: We’re expanding payment choices with secure, globally supported options like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Coming soon!

  • Currency Update: Prices are now displayed in USD, ensuring consistency with our USA store and providing a seamless experience for customers worldwide.

  • Subscription Orders: We’re rolling out subscriptions across our supplements, making it easy to stay stocked. Choose your frequency and manage or cancel your plan anytime. Coming soon!

Our Australian customers will continue to enjoy many of the benefits you already know and love:

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over AUD $80, that’s USD $55 — just as before (excludes powdered supplements).

  • Fast Dispatch: Products continue to ship as normal from our USA warehouse, with no changes to couriers or delivery times.

  • Uninterrupted Accounts: Your customer account carries over automatically, so there’s nothing you need to do.

  • Trusted Quality & Care: You’ll keep receiving the same premium products, supported by our Australian-based customer support team.

Keeping Pricing Fair and Transparent

We understand that switching to USD can take some getting used to. This change helps us maintain consistent pricing worldwide and streamline our operations — while ensuring our Australian customers continue to feel supported.

To offset international transaction fees and exchange rates, we’ve added an automatic 3% discount on Australian orders for our loyal customers who created an account before 11 November 2025. You’ll see this applied at checkout as a Currency Fee Credit. And with GST no longer applying, overall product prices are now lower.
